It all begins with a call, free of charge. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching can support your unique journey. This conversation will help us determine if we're a good fit to work together. Coaching is a collaborative relationship, so it's important that we're excited about partnering on your growth.

If we both feel it's a match, we'll have a more in-depth call to set the coaching direction, and make a mutual commitment. My aim is to understand what you hope to achieve so we can co-create an effective coaching experience that helps you thrive.
